Job Description
What Youll Do Lead and manage the end-to-end UI/UX design process across web and mobile applications. Conduct user research, usability tests, and competitor analysis to inform design strategy. Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity visuals using Figma and other modern design tools. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers, product managers, and marketers. Build and maintain scalable design systems and reusable UI components. Ensure all designs are responsive, accessible, and aligned with brand guidelines. Design creative marketing visuals, animations, and video content for digital campaigns. Mentor junior designers and promote a design-first culture within the team. Who You Are 48 years of experience in UI/UX design, with at least 12 years in a senior or lead role. Strong portfolio showcasing user-centered design solutions across platforms. Excellent understanding of design thinking, information architecture, and interaction design. Strong English communication skills verbal and written to clearly present ideas and feedback.
