Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Web/UI Designer located in Chennai. As a Web/UI Designer at CubicDesignz, you will be responsible for designing and implementing engaging user interfaces for websites and digital platforms. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to create visually appealing and user-friendly designs that align with our clients" goals and brand identities. Qualifications Good Hands on Experience on Figma. Proven experience as a Web/UI Designer or similar role Demonstrable expertise in designing user interfaces for websites and digital platforms Develop UI mockups and prototypes to visually communicate website functionality and design. Collaborate with stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into design concepts. Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Sketch, Figma, or XD Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices Knowledge of front-end web development technologies including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript Excellent visual design and layout skills Ability to effectively communicate design ideas and solutions to cross-functional teams and clients Attention to detail and ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously Portfolio of previous design projects showcasing your skills and expertise Knowledge of SEO principles and best practices is a plus Experience with responsive design and mobile-first approaches is a plus,
