Job Description
The role involves Tool Assembly & Fitting, Troubleshooting & Repair, Drawing Interpretation, Process Support, Tool Maintenance, and Team Coordination. You should have deep knowledge of mould and die assembly principles and hands-on experience with conventional machines like surface grinder and lathe. Familiarity with polishing, spotting, and blue matching techniques is essential. Basic knowledge of hot runner systems, ejector systems, and core/cavity fitting is required. You should understand machining tolerances, shrinkage allowances, and venting. The ability for problem-solving, root cause analysis, effective communication, and team handling are crucial.
