We are seeking an experienced Telecaller with a minimum of 5 years in sales to join our Hair Wellness Clinic. The ideal candidate should possess exceptional communication skills and have a proven track record in sales, with experience in the hair transplant industry being a bonus. Responsibilities: - Handling incoming and outgoing calls to potential and existing clients. - Providing detailed information about hair transplant services and addressing client queries. - Scheduling appointments for consultations and follow-ups. - Maintaining and updating customer databases with accurate information. - Achieving and surpassing sales targets through effective communication and persuasion. - Delivering exceptional customer service and fostering lasting relationships with clients. - Following up with clients to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns. - Collaborating with the sales team to devise strategies for boosting sales. Requirements: - Priority will be given to candidates with prior experience in the Hair Transplant field. - Minimum of 5 years of sales experience. - Proven experience as a telecaller or in a similar sales/customer service role. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Strong persuasive and negotiation abilities. - Capability to handle rejection and remain persistent. - Experience in the hair transplant industry is advantageous. - Proficiency in utilizing customer relationship management (CRM) software.
