As a Digital Applications Sr. Technical Specialist, you will be part of the Digital Sales organization, utilizing advanced virtual engagement tools and data-driven analytics to create demand for customer-centric business applications and acquire new clientele. Your role involves collaborating with a remote sales pursuit team spread across different locations. You will support Digital Sales Representatives in developing solutions and responses for Requests for Information (RFI), utilizing Co-Sell partner resources and engaging with a technical pursuit team that may include Independent Software Vendor (ISV) components. Your aim is to deliver compelling RFI responses and solutions that cater to customer needs. Collaborating with the technical pursuit team, you will design customer-centric solutions that align with business value, ensuring that the proposed solutions meet the desired outcomes and support the customer's digital transformation journey. Your responsibilities also include delivering customer-centric demonstrations that showcase the solution design and its business value, emphasizing Microsoft's competitive advantages. Your goal is to receive positive feedback through a compelling demonstration that aligns with the proposed solution and creates value for the customer. Following the Tell-Show-Vision model, you will provide end-to-end demonstrations that create opportunities for further engagement and expansion post the initial sale. Additionally, you will work with the Customer Success and Partner teams to develop deployment plans that are mapped to solution Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). In cases where necessary, you will assist the Digital Sales Representative in reviewing licensing proposals and collaborate with the Customer Success team and partners to ensure that the deployment plan meets customer expectations and aligns with agreed KPIs.,
