Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Structural Design Engineer with 15+ years of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in the design of high-rise buildings, malls, and hospitals, with deep expertise in structural analysis and coordination across multidisciplinary teams. Key Responsibilities:- Lead the design and analysis of RCC and steel structures for high-rise and complex commercial buildings. Ensure all designs adhere to IS codes and relevant international standards. Review, validate, and optimize structural models, drawings, and BOQs. Collaborate closely with architects, MEP consultants, and site teams for integrated design execution. Guide and mentor a team of junior engineers and drafters. Participate in value engineering, structural audits, and retrofitting solutions for existing structures. Oversee project delivery from design inception to site coordination. Required Skills:- Proficiency in ETABS, STAAD.Pro, SAFE, and AutoCAD Strong understanding of structural systems, soil-structure interaction, and seismic design In-depth knowledge of IS 456, IS 875, IS 1893, IS 13920, IS 800 Experience with Revit Structures and BIM coordination is a plus Excellent analytical, leadership, and communication skills Qualifications:- B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering (Mandatory) M.E./M.Tech in Structural Engineering (Preferred) Minimum 15 years of core experience in structural design and project leadership,
