As a Senior Java Developer at SMARTe Inc, you will be responsible for backend development using Java, with a strong focus on Java 8. Your expertise in the Spring framework, Spring Boot, and RESTful API design will be crucial for our projects. Proficiency in MySQL and JSON, along with experience in version control systems like Git, is required. You will be expected to utilize Maven for effective project management, while ensuring adherence to coding conventions and best practices. Your excellent analytical and debugging skills will be instrumental in delivering high-quality code. In addition to the core responsibilities, familiarity with Elastic search for advanced search capabilities is desired. Knowledge of containerization using Docker, as well as exposure to ReactJS and NodeJS, will be advantageous in this role.
