Job Description
Required Experience : 4 to 8 years - Sales, Service, Community Cloud consultants Title : Senior Salesforce Developer/Technical Lead Key Responsibilities: Design, develop and maintain Salesforce applications using Apex, Visualforce, LWC, and Salesforce APIs. Leverage Salesforce Automation tools like Flows, Process Builder, Workflow Rules, Approvals and Validation Rules to automate business processes. Integrate Salesforce with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs and middleware tools. Develop and optimize Lightning Web components and Aura Components using the Lightning Design System. Implement Critical salesforce security models Profiles, Permission sets, Custom permission, sharing settings, sharing rules, territories, account hierarchy. Implement robust data models, including custom objects, fields, and relationships. Work closely with US-based clients, understanding their requirements and ensuring high-quality deliverables. Creating POCs and Demos. Lead and mentor a team of developers, ensuring best practices and efficient teamwork. Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders. Should be a self starter and go getter and adapt to the changing technology (Quick learner and contributor), AI Enthusiasm. Key Skills Required: 4-8 years of experience in designing & developing full stack solutions using the salesforce platform and related platforms. Bachelor's or Masters degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Technology, Applications, or in a related field. Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, and Salesforce APIs. Experience in integrating Salesforce with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs and middleware tools. Strong knowledge of LWC and Lightning Design System and Javascript. Strong knowledge of JIRA or project management tools, Bitbucket, CI/CD deployment tools and pipeline, VS Code, Git. Extensive Experience in Sales, Service, Community Cloud. Expertise in data modeling: designing and implementing custom objects, fields, and relationships. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with US clients and lead a team. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, Up-To date knowledge of the salesforce ecosystem and its release. Exposure to AI tools and technologies, integration experience is good to have.
