Job Title: Sales Executive (International BPO) Job Location: [Jalandhar,Punjab] Salary: Starting from 25,000 to 40,000+ Incentives Experience: 1-2 years Shift: Morning Shift 6 am to 3.30 pm (as per process requirement). Industry: International BPO / Call Center Job Summary: We are looking for energetic and target-driven Sales Executives to join our international BPO team. The role involves outbound/inbound sales, lead generation, and customer relationship management for international clients. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a persuasive attitude, and a passion for sales. Key Responsibilities: Contact potential or existing customers via calls/emails to promote and sell products/services. Understand customer requirements and offer solutions to meet their needs. Handle objections and close sales efficiently. Maintain a database of customers and update call records regularly. Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs set by the company. Collaborate with team members to optimize sales strategies. Provide excellent post-sales support and build strong customer relationships. Key Requirements: Excellent English communication skills (verbal & written). Prior experience in sales, telemarketing, or customer service (preferred but not mandatory). Ability to handle rejections and objections confidently. Strong persuasion and negotiation skills. Willingness to work in night shifts/rotational shifts.
