Industry: Agriculture / Bio-Fertilizer Department: Sales & Marketing Experience Required: Minimum 1 year in Bio-Fertilizer Sales Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Senior Sales Executive to drive bio-fertilizer sales in the assigned territory. The role involves identifying potential markets, onboarding dealers, understanding market trends, and achieving sales targets. Key Responsibilities: Sales & Business Development: Achieve monthly and quarterly sales performance for bio-fertilizers. Develop and maintain strong relationships with dealers, distributors, and retailers. Identify and appoint new dealers and channel partners in untapped markets. Market Analysis & Strategy: Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and customer needs. Prepare and execute area sales plans based on market analysis. Regularly analyze market potential and recommend strategies to maximize reach and profitability. Dealer & Farmer Engagement: Conduct field visits to build relationships with farmers and gather ground-level insights. Organize product demos, training programs, and field trials in collaboration with dealers and agri experts. Reporting & Coordination: Maintain sales records, market feedback, and dealer performance. Coordinate with the supply chain and product teams to ensure timely delivery and service. Report regularly to the Regional Sales Manager/Head Office. Qualifications & Skills: Minimum 1 year of experience in bio-fertilizer/agri-input sales. Any Degree. Strong understanding of the bio-fertilizer products. Existing network of bio-fertilizer or agri-input dealers in the region. Good communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned area.
