Job Description

Job Title: Sales Executive Salary: 18000 to 25000 Job Overview: We are looking for a passionate and results-driven Sales Executive to join our sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business, managing client relationships, and promoting our range of services to potential clients across industries. This role requires a self-starter with excellent communication skills, a strong sales acumen, and a deep understanding of the advertising and signage market. Key Responsibilities: Lead Generation & Prospecting: Identify and generate new business opportunities through various channels, including cold calls, networking, referrals, and online platforms. Field Sales & Client Meetings: Conduct on-site meetings with prospective clients, present our services, and build relationships in person. Engage with clients in key locations to generate interest and secure business. Client Account Handling: Manage key client accounts, ensuring their needs are met, their expectations are exceeded, and any issues are resolved promptly. Act as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the sales and project lifecycle. Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and repeat business. Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to adapt sales strategies accordingly. Collaboration with Internal Teams: Work closely with the production and design teams to ensure the successful execution of client projects and timely delivery. Sales Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, leads, and client communications. Provide regular reports to the management team. Sales Target Achievement: Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets, contributing to the growth of the business. Requirements: Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in the advertising, printing, signage, or graphics industry. Education: At least 12th grade or higher. Marketing, or related field. Skills: Strong sales and negotiation skills. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills. Experience in lead generation and field sales. Ability to build and maintain client relationships and manage client accounts effectively. In-depth knowledge of advertising, printing, and signage solutions.
