Job Description

You will be working as a full-time on-site Senior Sales and Marketing professional for Fair Green Ventures, a company that excels in luxury real estate, particularly opulent villas in Goa. Your primary responsibilities will include managing and executing sales strategies, ensuring exceptional customer service, training the sales team, generating leads, closing deals, and establishing connections with various stakeholders. On a day-to-day basis, you will be tasked with developing and implementing sales plans, supervising marketing campaigns, nurturing client relationships, and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction. Additionally, you will lead sales initiatives and oversee a team to meet sales targets effectively. To excel in this role, you should possess strong communication skills, a customer-centric approach, proven experience in sales (including management and training capabilities), the ability to create and implement successful sales strategies, exemplary leadership and team management skills, and the flexibility to work on-site in both Hyderabad and North Goa.
