Workspace Senior ROS Developer - ( 3+ Years ) Job Description: We are seeking a talented Senior ROS Developer with specialized skills in Path Planning, Motion Planning, Moveit, SLAM, and Control for robotic systems. As a Senior ROS Developer, you will play a crucial role in designing, developing, and implementing advanced software solutions using the Robot Operating System (ROS) framework. You will collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams to create state-of-the-art autonomous robotic systems. Responsibilities: Design and implement complex algorithms for Path Planning, Motion Planning, Moveit, and SLAM using ROS2. Develop and optimize software for real-time robotic platforms with C and C++. Integrate sensors, actuators, and control systems with ROS-based software solutions. Collaborate with hardware engineers to define requirements for embedded systems and robotic controls. Implement and test algorithms for robot Kinematics, sensor fusion, localization, and mapping in real-world environments. Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior developers and engineers. Stay updated with the latest advancements in ROS, robotics, and embedded systems technologies. Requirements: Bachelors or masters degree in computer science, Robotics, Mechatronics Engineering, or a related field. 3+ years of professional experience working with ROS, including significant experience in Path Planning, Motion Planning, and SLAM. Proficiency in C, C++, and Python programming languages. Strong understanding of robotic hardware components and interfacing with software systems. Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git, Gitlab) and continuous integration. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex software and hardware issues. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Preferred Qualifications: Experience with ROS2 navigation stack and ROS-based simulation tools (e.g., Gazebo).
