A Senior Relationship Manager (SRM) is responsible for building and maintaining strong, positive relationships with a company's customers, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty, and driving business growth. They act as a key point of contact, manage accounts, identify customer needs, and develop strategies to meet those needs while also collaborating with internal teams to improve the overall customer experience.
