Role & responsibilities

• Design and develop complex React.js applications with a focus on performance, scalability, and maintainability.
• Lead a team of React.js developers, providing technical guidance and mentorship.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in React.js and related technologies.
• Participate in the entire software development life cycle, from requirements gathering to deployment and maintenance.
• Contribute to the development of reusable components, libraries, and tools to improve the codebase.
• Identify and address technical challenges, optimize performance, and ensure the scalability and maintainability of the React.js applications.
• Participate in code reviews, provide feedback, and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.

Preferred candidate profile

• 5-12 years of experience in developing web applications using React.js and related technologies.
• Proficient in React.js, Redux, React Router, and other popular React.js libraries and frameworks.
• Hands-on experience in building scalable and maintainable React.js applications.
• Strong understanding of JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and web development fundamentals.
• Experience in leading and mentoring a team of React.js developers.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and provide creative solutions.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Familiarity with Agile development methodologies and DevOps practices.
