Job Description

The job requires you to maintain all reports in both soft and hard copy formats as per the BIS standards, ensuring their availability at all times. You will be responsible for sending out the daily production report, including machinery parameters, formulation details, raw material consumption, and wastage via email on a daily basis. It is essential to maintain a complaint handling sheet and provide an immediate and effective response to the marketing team upon receiving any complaints. You must ensure that all testing equipment is in proper working condition at all times. Taking full responsibility for the quality of pipes, you are required to ensure that all pipes are manufactured according to the set standards. Additionally, suggesting improvements to the production team periodically is expected in this role. Experience in a PVC pipe manufacturing company is a must for candidates applying for this position. This is a full-time job that requires a Diploma qualification. The ideal candidate should have at least 2 years of experience in Quality Control in PVC Pipes Manufacturing Business and a total of 3 years of work experience.
