Job Description
As a Sr. QA Engineer (Manual + Automation) at Halo, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the delivery of high-quality end-to-end applications. Your primary responsibility will be to enhance the quality of our products to meet our engineering excellence standards. To excel in this role, you must demonstrate a strong background in manual and automation testing within a dynamic environment that prioritizes continuous improvement. Your key responsibilities will include: - Utilizing your expertise in manual testing for both web-based and hybrid applications. - Demonstrating a solid understanding of manual testing processes such as Smoke, Regression, QA SignOff, GO/NO GO, End-to-End, and User Acceptance Testing. - Applying Agile methodologies effectively throughout the testing process. - Designing and executing test cases, analyzing requirements, and defining acceptance criteria. - Identifying test scenarios for Front-end and Back-end functionalities with an analytical mindset. - Collaborating with cross-functional teams including Test Automation Engineers, Business Analysts, Delivery Managers, Technical Leaders, and Software Developers. - Contributing to the entire software development life cycle, from requirements gathering to implementation. - Generating detailed reports on the effectiveness of testing procedures and documenting defects for the production team. - Participating in an agile environment alongside a diverse and multicultural team. - Understanding test strategies and evaluating associated risks.
