Send us your info today at careers@homekraft.in Senior Project Engineer Reports To: Project Manager | Job Level: DM & below | Position Type: Full time | Location: Noida, India Position Summary: We are seeking an experienced Site Project Engineer to oversee the construction activities at our project site. Minimum Requirements: Qualifications: Diploma/bachelors degree in civil engineering or related field. Experience: Minimum 3-5 years of experience in construction project management, preferably in a site engineering role. Skills: Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and equipment. Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills. Proficient in MS Office, AutoCAD, and project management software. Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Key Responsibilities: Project Planning and Coordination: Assist in planning, coordinating, and controlling construction activities to ensure project timelines are met. Site Management: Supervise and coordinate site activities, including labour, materials, and equipment. Quality Control: Ensure that all construction activities meet the required quality standards and specifications. Safety Management: Implement and enforce site safety policies and procedures to ensure a safe working environment. Cost Management: Monitor and control project expenses to ensure budget adherence. Communication: Liaise with project stakeholders, including architects, engineers, contractors, and clients. Problem-Solving: Identify and resolve site-related issues and problems.
