Job Description

As a Senior Program Manager at Level L5, you will be responsible for overseeing various aspects of IT operations and infrastructure management to ensure the efficient delivery of projects within set budgets and deadlines. With a Bachelor of Engineering or equivalent qualification and at least 15 years of experience, you will bring a wealth of knowledge in ITIL V4.0, high-performance computing, software asset management tools, and data center operations. Your key responsibilities will include designing IT architecture, validating technical requirements, leading project implementation, and monitoring team performance to meet targets effectively. You will play a crucial role in managing service and infrastructure design, core infrastructure components, project management, service portfolio management, and business relationship management to address IT challenges. Utilizing your technical skills in high-performance computing, queuing systems, storage technologies, monitoring tools, and virtualization technologies, you will ensure the smooth functioning of IT operations. Additionally, your proficiency in non-technical skills such as team leadership, stakeholder management, communication, and relationship building will be essential in driving operational efficiency and fostering collaboration within global diverse teams.
