Job Description
Responsible for achievements of Production Plan vs Actual. Check and follow up the raw materials and stock management. Dispatch planning of daily basis and inventory management. Improve manufacturing efficiency by analyzing and planning work flow, space requirements and equipment layout. Better utilization of resources to maintain the productivity and quality. Analysis the downtime and taking necessary action to reduce minor and major losses. Planned conduct training awareness program to the production team. Production related all documentation update and maintaining. Performed engineering analysis to reduce downtime and outages. Preparing performance manufacturing report (OEE) and Implement the corrective action. Reduce Internal Defects & Scrap rate. Set up time and Cycle time reduction, Cost analysis. Strong leadership skills with the ability to coach and mentor others. 5s & productivity improvements activity. Line balancing implementation. Programming knowledge on CNC based drawings.
