Were Hiring: Senior Business Analyst / Product Manager Location: Mumbai (Full-Time, On-Site) Experience Required: 4+ Years Availability: Immediate Joining Preferred Were looking for a Business Analyst / Product Manager to join our team in Mumbai and take ownership of shaping, managing, and growing digital products from idea to execution. If youre someone who can speak both the language of business and the language of developers - someone who understands users, systems, and impact - we want to hear from you. What Youll Own End-to-end product management: From ideation and documentation to delivery and improvement Defining features & flows: Propose product features that solve real user problems and align with business goals User story writing: Translate ideas into detailed, actionable user stories and acceptance criteria User flows & journey mapping: Create visual workflows that guide the development process Documentation & clarity: Maintain product specs, functional docs, and all necessary documentation Developer collaboration: Work closely with the tech team - speak their language, align priorities, track progress User-centric mindset: Understand and advocate for the user while balancing technical constraints and business value Business insight: Contribute to strategic decisions with a deep understanding of product-market fit and user behavior What Were Looking For 4+ years of experience in a BA, Product Manager, or Product Owner role Must have prior experience working specifically as a Product Manager on real-world digital products Hands-on experience in creating user flows, writing user stories, documenting features, and release planning Excellent communication and collaboration skills - both technical and business-facing Strong understanding of technical workflows and developer processes Proven ability to translate business problems into actionable, structured product plans Someone who takes full ownership and accountability, and does not pass responsibility onto others - a true problem-solver who sees things through Proficiency in tools such as Excel (mandatory), Jira, Asana, and Confluence Passionate about building meaningful digital experiences that solve real problems Based in Mumbai or willing to relocate for a full-time on-site role Good to have: An MBA or equivalent business qualification Interview Requirement To be considered for an interview, applicants must submit a portfolio, case study, or documented product work that showcases their real-world experience.
