Job Responsibilities: Oversee the end-to-end procurement process for civil, structural and finishing materials. Identify, evaluate, and finalize vendors, suppliers, and subcontractors as per project and company requirements. Prepare comparative statements, rate negotiations, and finalize purchase orders/work orders ensuring best value procurement. Review material specifications, drawings, and BOQs to accurately plan procurement timelines and quantities. Maintain and update the procurement tracker and delivery schedules for all ongoing projects. Liaise with project managers, quantity surveyors, and site engineers to assess material needs and delivery plans. Ensure timely delivery of materials, tracking logistics and proactively resolving any delays or quality concerns. Establish and maintain strong vendor relationships, ensuring consistent material quality, price competitiveness, and supply reliability. Regularly update the management on procurement status, cost-saving opportunities, and vendor performance reports. Ensure adherence to company policies, quality standards, and safety protocols in procurement activities. Coordinate for sample approvals, technical data sheets, and compliance certificates before bulk ordering. Track inventory levels and material consumption to optimize procurement planning.
