Job Description

As a senior HVAC and Electrical Engineer in this role, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of HVAC systems and electrical systems within the organization. Your primary duties will include designing, installing, and maintaining HVAC systems to ensure efficient operation and compliance with regulations. You will also be tasked with conducting regular inspections of existing HVAC and electrical systems, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing solutions to enhance performance and reliability. Additionally, you will be responsible for troubleshooting any issues that may arise, coordinating repairs and upgrades as needed. In this position, strong technical knowledge of HVAC and electrical systems is essential, along with the ability to analyze data, develop reports, and make recommendations for improvements. You will work closely with other team members, contractors, and vendors to ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering, along with several years of experience in HVAC and electrical system design and maintenance. Professional certifications, such as Professional Engineer (PE) or Certified Energy Manager (CEM), are preferred.
