Location - Sydney As a Pega Senior System Architect, you will play a critical role throughout the consulting lifecycle. From defining problems to designing, developing, and deploying solutions, you will be at the forefront of delivering high-impact technology solutions. You will also guide teams on project processes, contribute to proposal development, and support client training and internal capability-building. Key Responsibilities Lead solution design, development, and deployment for Pega-based applications. Define business and technical requirements, ensuring alignment with customer needs. Provide technical leadership and mentorship to teams, ensuring adherence to best practices. Contribute to process automation initiatives using BPM solutions. Prepare design documents and technical effort estimates. Ensure the delivered solution aligns with enterprise architecture standards. Required Qualifications Experience: Technology consulting, enterprise architecture, and solution development. Technical Skills: Hands-on experience in Pega v8.x/Infinity and Pega frameworks. Pega CSSA certification in v8.x or Infinity. Strong knowledge of J2EE (JSP, Servlets, EJB, XML, Java), .NET, web development (JSP, JavaScript, CSS). Deep understanding of PRPC architecture, design, and implementation features. Consulting Experience: Ability to work in a dynamic consulting environment with potential travel. Preferred Skills Excellent customer-facing, communication, and problem-solving skills. Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail. Ability to drive innovation and efficiency in business processes.,
