Job Description

HR Analytics: Collect, analyze, and interpret HR data (e.g., turnover, retention, headcount, diversity, compensation, recruitment, etc.) Develop dashboards and reports using tools like Excel. Track HR KPIs and identify trends, risks, and opportunities. Support workforce planning, budgeting, and forecasting activities. Provide data-driven insights to support HR decision-making and strategic initiatives. Maintain and improve data integrity across HR systems. Collaborate with IT or HRIS(Keka) to ensure optimal system performance and data structure. Ensure compliance with applicable labor laws, tax regulations, and company policies. Ensure accurate maintenance of employee data related to compensation, benefits, deductions, and time & attendance. Qualifications and Skills: Experience working with data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau). Ability to handle sensitive data with integrity and confidentiality. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Proficiency in insurance management software and MS Office Suite.
