DSS is looking for experienced Senior OutSystems Developers to join a fast-paced, Agile environment supporting an enterprise client with a large-scale app ecosystem. This role will be pivotal in both new project development and BAU (business-as-usual) support, working across a portfolio of over 100 microservice-style OutSystems applications. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain OutSystems web and mobile applications. Provide BAU support, including debugging and resolving complex bugs across multiple applications. Translate business requirements directly into OutSystems solutions with minimal oversight. Support and enhance existing apps built on on-premise OutSystems environments (typically 12 versions behind current). Work across a variety of domains, such as: HR: Workforce management systems (e.g. leave tracking) Commercial: Contract management platforms Community: Super apps for facilities/taxi bookings Accommodation: Reservation and allocation systems Ensure scalable, testable, and maintainable solutions using best practices and SOLID principles. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (design, QA, DevOps, etc.) to deliver robust applications. Guide or mentor junior developers through code reviews and knowledge sharing. Manage and maintain technical documentation and architecture specifications. Requirements & Qualifications 4+ years of hands-on OutSystems development experience. Experience working across high-volume, diverse app portfolios using a microservice approach. Strong BAU/bug-fixing background and familiarity with ongoing app maintenance cycles. Proven ability to interpret business requirements independently and translate them into actionable technical solutions. Experience with on-premise OutSystems installations and managing version updates. OutSystems certification (Associate/Professional/Expert). Proficiency in HTML5, CSS, JavaScript, and modern web technologies. Strong experience with relational databases (SQL) and API integrations. Comfortable using Git/SVN for version control. Familiarity with MVC design patterns. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. Arabic-speaking capability is highly desirable but not mandatory. Self-starter with a high degree of agility and adaptability, able to shift between app types and project scopes quickly. Nice To Have Exposure to HR, commercial, community, or accommodation domain-specific applications as outlined above. Experience in Agile/Scrum development environments.
