Our mission is to ensure that every shopping bag worldwide can be filled efficiently and sustainably. Job Summary We're looking for a seasoned professional to design, develop, and optimize our supply chain strategy, including the creation of a last-mile delivery infrastructure that enables 20-minute deliveries. You'll also oversee the management of dark stores and mother hubs. Your expertise will enable us to deliver products efficiently, reduce costs, and enhance customer satisfaction. Responsibilities Develop and implement supply chain strategies aligned with our business goals Build and manage a high-performing supply chain team Foster strong relationships with suppliers, vendors, and logistics partners Oversee procurement, inventory management, and order fulfillment processes Analyze data to optimize supply chain operations and reduce costs Ensure compliance with regulations and maintain quality standards Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth Design and implement a last-mile delivery infrastructure for ultra-fast deliveries (20 minutes) Manage and optimize dark store operations for efficient order fulfillment Oversee mother hub operations, ensuring seamless inventory management and order routing Qualifications 8+ years of experience in supply chain management, preferably in e-commerce or logistics Proven track record of building and leading high-performing teams Strong understanding of Indian logistics and supply chain regulations Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field Experience in building and managing last-mile delivery infrastructure is a plus,
