About the Role: We are looking for a proactive and responsible Operations Executive to efficiently manage day-to-day operations in our hospitality consulting and food & beverage businesses. The position involves coordinating activities across various verticals such as delivery kitchens, outlets, administration, and external vendors. Key Responsibilities: - Oversee the daily operations of the office to ensure a smooth workflow. - Coordinate with delivery kitchens and food outlets for effective order management, staffing, and stock flow. - Manage admin-related tasks including vendor coordination, bills, utilities, and inventory. - Ensure timely procurement of supplies and maintain material stock logs. - Provide support to senior management in operational planning and execution. - Conduct field work like vendor visits, logistics follow-ups, and task deliveries. - Maintain documentation, reports, and office records. - Ensure compliance with company policies, cleanliness standards, and operational SOPs. - Assist in onboarding and training new staff for operations. Requirements: - Minimum 3 years of experience in operations or administration, preferably in the hospitality or F&B sector. - Strong multitasking, problem-solving, and coordination skills. - Basic knowledge of kitchen/store operations, inventory management, and vendor coordination. - Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and basic reporting. - Demonstrated reliability, punctuality, and willingness to take responsibility. - Possession of a two-wheeler for local travel is preferred.
