Job Description: You will be responsible for maintaining system performance and availability by monitoring and performing regular updates, patches, backups, and code deployments. Additionally, you will troubleshoot and resolve system issues promptly, providing technical support to various teams and stakeholders. Automation and optimization of system processes will be a key aspect of your role, aimed at improving efficiency and reducing manual efforts. You will also ensure system security and compliance with policies and regulations, implementing necessary measures to protect data. Documentation of systems, processes, and procedures will be essential to maintain comprehensive records. Requirements: - Possess 1-6 years of Cloud Experience and expertise in Critical Incident Management. - Proficient in sending Critical Communications to internal stakeholders. - Familiarity with Messaging Systems such as RabbitMQ, Kafka, and RHL Administration. - Strong Linux administration skills for effective troubleshooting of technical issues. - Excellent analytical capabilities to delve into problems and offer solutions. - Ability to collaborate effectively within a team environment, working in 3 different shifts on a monthly rotational basis. - Skilled in Understanding/Writing PL/SQL objects like stored procedures and triggers. - Working knowledge of cloud platforms (GCP, Oracle Cloud) with a Cloud technology certification considered a plus. - Knowledge of Manhattan's Supply Chain solutions, particularly Warehouse Management and Integration Framework, will be advantageous. - Adaptability to a fast-paced, dynamic environment with changing priorities and requirements. - Proactive approach towards continuous learning and self-improvement.
