Job Description
You will be responsible for meeting doctors, paramedical staff, detailing the company's products, and implementing promotion strategies. Additionally, you will conduct territory market audits regularly with distributors, hospitals, and retailers to assess potential and competitors. Promotional activities will be conducted as needed, following approvals from superiors. Your main objectives will include achieving sales targets set by the company, booking orders to ensure product availability at hospitals, distributors, and retailers. It is essential to adhere to the company's norms regarding working hours, hospital and distributor visits, as well as the frequency and pattern of work. To increase sales and market share, you will focus on properly detailing the products to doctors and paramedical staff, meeting distributors regularly, providing hospital/distributor data to company authorities, and ensuring proper coverage of the designated area.
