Training & Manpower Assessment Stakeholder Profiles & Nature of Interactions Internal SPD HQ Sales,BTST, Warehousing & Logistics , Technical cell Field Team RCCM, CCM , RSPMM Promotion of Parts Retails CX Team Customer complaint resolution, IT- IT related support & initiatives External Channel Partners Sales & Schemes Promotion, Target achievements, process adherence ,Network development ,Training and Manpower Assessment.
