Job Description
Mood boarding & Concept Presentation: Develop mood boards to capture the vision and inspiration for design projects. Create and present concept presentations to internal teams and clients. Incorporate feedback and make necessary revisions to designs. Managing Uniform Design Program: Oversee the entire uniform design process from initial concept through product development (sampling) Ensure designs meet brand guidelines and client specifications. Manage timelines to ensure timely delivery of uniform designs. Coordination with Sales and Sampling Teams: Collaborate with the sales team to understand client needs and market trends. Work closely with the sampling team to ensure design feasibility and quality. Facilitate effective communication between design, sales, and sampling teams. Bachelors degree in Design, Fashion, or related field (e.g. NIFT, NID or Minimum of 6-7 years of experience in a senior design role. Proven experience managing design projects from concept to completion. Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent presentation and communication skills. Proficiency in design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite). Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.,
