Job Description

We are seeking a Senior Manager Credit Controller/Account Receivable to oversee credit risk management, The Manager is responsible for overseeing the organization's billing, collections, and credit control functions. The role ensures timely and accurate invoicing, manages outstanding receivables, and enforces credit policies to maintain optimal cash flow. This position involves close collaboration with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure smooth financial operations. Key Responsibilities: Credit Control & Accounts Receivable Management Oversee the end-to-end Accounts Receivable (AR) process, including invoicing, collections, reconciliations, and reporting. Develop and implement effective credit policies and collection strategies to minimize bad debts and enhance cash flow. Prepare and analyze AR aging reports, highlighting key concerns and taking necessary actions. Work closely with the sales, customer service, and finance teams to ensure seamless order-to-cash cycles. Ensure compliance with company policies, accounting standards, and regulatory requirements. Optimize AR processes by implementing automation tools and best practices to improve efficiency. Support audits and provide necessary documentation related to accounts receivable transactions. Mentor and lead the AR team, fostering a high-performance culture. Preparing and adhering the Credit policies and Ensure compliance with internal financial policies, audits, and regulatory requirements. Apart from the above, he must have some experience knowledge in P&L preparation, financial reporting Qualifications & Experience: CA/ICWA in Finance preferred. 3-8 years of experience in accounts receivable management Strong understanding of accounting principles, billing procedures, and credit management. Proficiency in ERP systems and Microsoft Excel. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Ability to handle high-volume transactions and work in a fast-paced environment.
