*Job Responsibilities:*

- Select, recruit, and supervise insurance manager

- Coordinate orientation and ongoing training for new staff

- Develop and manage comprehensive insurance policies and programs

- Oversee sales process, recruit new candidates, and lead a team of insurance consultants

- Evaluate team performance, generate business, and ensure process services

- Manage claims, conduct risk analysis, and make recommendations on improving risk management strategies

- Prepare and present detailed reports for senior management on insurance coverage, claims status, risks, and trends
