Good Day, We are currently looking to fill the position of Senior Manager Performance (CPL & CPS) at Appraise Media. This role is a crucial leadership position within our performance marketing team, specifically suited for individuals with practical experience in overseeing cost-per-lead (CPL) and cost-per-sale (CPS) campaigns. As the Senior Manager Delivery Performance, you will be based in Gurgaon and will be employed on a full-time basis. The salary for this position ranges from 75,000 to 100,000 per month, with negotiable terms based on experience, in addition to Profit Share. Key Responsibilities: - Leading and supervising campaign delivery for CPL and CPS models. - Optimizing performance campaigns across various web and app traffic sources. - Collaborating with publishers, affiliate partners, and internal teams to ensure the prompt and high-quality delivery of leads/sales. - Analyzing campaign data, addressing issues in real-time, and enhancing ROI. - Ensuring adherence to client KPIs and campaign specifications. Requirements: - Possessing over 3 years of experience in performance marketing, preferably in CPL/CPS. - Profound understanding of affiliate marketing, tracking tools such as GA, DV360, Meta Ads, and lead validation processes. - Demonstrated capability in managing delivery pipelines, troubleshooting low-quality leads, and refining campaigns. - Excellent communication and leadership proficiencies.
