Job Description
As a Supervisor in an API manufacturing company, you will be responsible for overseeing the analytical staff. Your duties will include work allocation, ensuring documentation complies with GMP requirements and conducting periodic reviews. Additionally, you will be accountable for the timely release of Raw Materials (RMs) and Finished Goods (FG), as well as conducting Analytical Validation and Stability Studies. In this role, you will also be expected to provide training to staff members to enhance their work output. You will need to focus on optimizing analysis costs, conducting internal and external audits, and ensuring successful audits by both customers and regulatory agencies for the Quality Control (QC) lab. To qualify for this position, you should have an M. Sc. in Chemistry and a minimum of 7 years of relevant experience in a QC lab of an API manufacturing company. This experience should include proficiency in operating various instruments, conducting wet analysis, calibration procedures, release of FG and RM, maintaining necessary documentation, and performing analytical validation and stability studies. Additionally, you should have at least 3 years of experience supervising junior staff and conducting staff training. Experience in overseeing internal, customer, and regulatory audits of QC labs is also required.,
