Job Description
You are a skilled Senior Loan Officer with experience in evaluating applications for various types of loans including personal, home, auto, business, education, and mortgage loans. Your role involves verifying documentation, assessing creditworthiness, and coordinating with underwriting teams to provide customized loan solutions. It is essential to ensure compliance with RBI and internal policies while collaborating with banks, NBFCs, and internal teams. Managing client pipelines, providing post-loan support, and preparing reports are also key responsibilities. To excel in this role, you must have at least 5 years of experience in loan sales/processing across multiple loan types. A sound understanding of credit, documentation, and financial products is necessary. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are crucial for effective client management. Local market knowledge of Hyderabad is preferred. Proficiency in MS Office, CRMs, and loan systems is required. A Bachelor's degree is a minimum qualification, and an MBA is considered a plus. This is a full-time position with benefits including health insurance and Provident Fund. The work schedule is during day shifts, and the work location is in person.
