Job Description
As a Senior Java Integration Engineer with over 6 years of experience, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining robust integration flows using Apache Camel. Your role will involve designing and implementing services using Java 8+, Spring, and Spring Boot. You will work on RESTful and SOAP-based APIs for internal and external system communication, as well as handle Apache Kafka setup for producer/consumer and stream processing. Additionally, you will be involved in file-based integrations and SMTP/mail integrations as required. Utilizing Postman for API testing and validation will be a key part of your responsibilities, along with collaborating with DevOps teams for deployments using Docker and Kubernetes/OpenShift. Your skills should include strong hands-on experience with Java (8 or above) and Spring Boot, in-depth knowledge of Apache Camel for system integration, proficiency in Apache Kafka (producer, consumer, stream processing), experience with REST APIs and SOAP web services, familiarity with file-based integrations and email protocols (SMTP), exposure to containerization tools like Docker, and orchestration platforms such as Kubernetes/OpenShift. Hands-on experience with Postman for API testing will also be essential for this role.,
