Role Overview: As a Senior Interior Designer, you will be responsible for leading and managing interior design projects from concept through completion. You will work closely with clients to understand their vision and lifestyle needs, create compelling designs, and ensure seamless coordination between design, vendors, and execution teams. Your role will involve both creative and technical expertise, along with leadership in client handling and project management.

• Key Responsibilities: Meet with clients to understand their requirements, budget, and aesthetic preferences.
• Develop conceptual designs, space planning, and mood boards based on the client brief.
• Prepare and present detailed working drawings, 3D visualizations, and material selections.
• Coordinate with internal design teams, vendors, and contractors to ensure seamless execution.
• Conduct regular site visits to review progress and ensure design accuracy.
• Supervise selection and procurement of materials, furnishings, lighting, and accessories.
• Ensure all work meets high-quality standards, project timelines, and budgetary goals.
• Mentor junior designers and collaborate with project managers to deliver complete turnkey solutions.
• Required Skills & Qualifications: Degree or Diploma in Interior Design / Architecture from a recognized institute
• Minimum 5 years of professional experience in residential or commercial interior projects
• Excellent command of design software: AutoCAD, SketchUp, Photoshop, V-Ray, MS Office
• Strong knowledge of materials, finishes, furniture, lighting, and color theory
• Ability to interpret and develop technical drawings and BOQs
• Strong aesthetic sense, creativity, and attention to detail
• Excellent communication, client interaction, and presentation skills
• Strong time management skills with ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
• Preferred Qualities: Self-motivated, proactive, and passionate about design
• Strong leadership and decision-making ability
• Willingness to take complete ownership of assigned projects
• Experience in high-end residential interiors is a plus
