Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and client-focused Interior Designer who will be responsible for creating effective and aesthetic design solutions while also managing customer engagement, lead generation, and sales conversion. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in interior design along with the ability to interact with customers, understand their needs, and convert inquiries into confirmed projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Meet with walk-in or referred customers to understand their requirements, space, and preferences.
• Provide design consultation and propose functional and visually appealing layouts.
• Prepare detailed 2D and 3D drawings, material boards, and mood boards.
• Present design concepts effectively and tailor solutions based on client feedback.
• Convert client meetings into project opportunities by establishing trust and offering practical design advice.
• Coordinate with sales, estimation, and execution teams to deliver accurate project proposals.
• Track and manage lead status, follow up on prospects, and drive them toward closure.
• Maintain and update lead data in CRM or internal tools.
• Ensure project handover to the execution team after design sign-off.
• Achieve monthly conversion and revenue targets assigned by the company.

Key Skills and Competencies:

• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, Revit, or equivalent design tools.
• Bachelor's or Diploma in Interior Design / Architecture from a recognized institution.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in interior design with exposure to direct customer engagement.
• Experience in modular furniture, residential interiors, or turnkey interiors is preferred.
• Excellent communication and client-handling skills.
• Strong understanding of interior materials, finishes, furniture layouts, and modular solutions.
• Prior experience in design-based client interaction or sales-oriented design consultation.
• Ability to manage multiple leads and convert them into active projects.
• Aesthetic eye for design with a practical mindset to deliver within budgets.
