As the Sr Interconnection & Strategy Analyst, you will: Collaborate with internal and external technical professionals in gathering applications and 10% design materials for applications and curing deficiencies in the RTO specified timelines. Model financial commitments for projects and associated deliverables in internal databases under direction of Sr. Manager of Interconnection. Support the Ix Manager in Tarriff reviews and models of the Ix Process in multiple regions. Review system impact studies and relevant cluster studies under direction of the Sr. Manager of Interconnection, so that investment decisions can be made for projects with economic viability. Our ideal candidate will have: Bachelors degree in electrical engineering or equivalent education. Excellent project management skills and effective communication on project timelines and financial deliverables. Ability to travel up to 15% to facilitate face to face time with corporate management and a robust presence at relevant conferences and stakeholder meetings. Preferred Qualifications: Experience providing Application Materials for Generator Interconnections in various RTOs and ISOs. 1-2 years of experience with transmission planning at an ISO/RTO or TP. Experience with PSSE, PSLF, ASPEN, CAPE, PSCAD, and Python Programming software.
