Job Description

You will be responsible for managing various aspects of Human Resources, ensuring the effective functioning of HR processes and contributing to a positive workplace environment. Your key responsibilities will include: Recruitment & Talent Acquisition: - Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing and onboarding. - Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract top talent. - Conduct interviews, coordinate hiring activities, and facilitate smooth onboarding procedures. Employee Relations & Engagement: - Serve as a point of contact for employee concerns and grievances. - Plan and implement employee engagement initiatives to foster a positive workplace culture. - Conduct stay and exit interviews to enhance retention strategies. Performance Management: - Support in designing and implementing performance appraisal systems. - Collaborate with managers to identify training and development requirements. - Monitor and ensure the execution of performance improvement plans when needed. HR Compliance & Policies: - Ensure adherence to labor laws, company policies, and industry regulations. - Update and maintain HR policies to align with legal standards. - Manage disciplinary actions and conflict resolution following legal procedures. Compensation & Benefits: - Administer employee benefits, insurance, and wellness programs. - Handle statutory compliance concerning PF, ESI, and gratuity. Training & Development: - Coordinate training programs to enhance employee skills and productivity. - Identify training needs in collaboration with department heads and organize workshops. - Evaluate the effectiveness of training initiatives. HR Data & Reporting: - Maintain HR records, reports, and documentation accurately. - Generate HR analytics and reports for management review. - Utilize HRMS software for process automation and data management. Qualifications: - Bachelor's/Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. - 3+ years of HR experience, preferably in a senior or leadership capacity. - Proficiency in HR software (e.g., Keka, Zoho, or similar). - Strong knowledge of labor laws, HR policies, and compliance requirements. - Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict-resolution skills. - Strong organizational and decision-making abilities. - Ability to handle confidential information with discretion. - Certification in HR (e.g., SHRM, PHR, CHRP) is advantageous. - Experience in HR analytics and reporting. - Previous experience in managing HR teams or leading HR projects.
