Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • 1. Recruitment & StaffingManage end-to-end recruitment process: job postings, sourcing, screening, interviews, and onboarding.
  • Coordinate with department heads to understand manpower needs.
  • Use multiple platforms (job portals, social media, internal referrals) to attract suitable candidates.
  • Conduct background checks and reference verifications.

2. Employee Relations & EngagementAct as a point of contact for employee concerns and grievances; ensure timely resolution.

  • Foster a positive and inclusive work environment through regular engagement activities.
  • Organize employee engagement programs, team-building activities, and feedback sessions.

3. Performance ManagementAssist in designing and implementing performance appraisal systems.

  • Monitor employee performance and support managers in conducting regular evaluations.
  • Identify skill gaps and recommend training or upskilling programs.

4. HR Policy & ComplianceDevelop, update, and enforce HR policies in line with labor laws and company guidelines.

  • Ensure compliance with statutory requirements (PF, ESIC, gratuity, etc.).
  • Maintain employee records and HR documentation accurately and securely.

5. Training & DevelopmentIdentify training needs through performance reviews and skills assessments.

  • Coordinate learning and development initiatives for various departments.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs.

6. Payroll & AttendanceCoordinate with payroll teams to ensure accurate salary disbursement.

  • Oversee attendance systems and leave management.
  • Ensure timely submission of timesheets and leave records.

7. Strategic HR InitiativesSupport senior management in HR planning and strategic decision-making.

  • Contribute to organizational development, culture-building, and change management.
  • Analyze HR metrics and prepare reports for leadership.
