Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- 1. Recruitment & StaffingManage end-to-end recruitment process: job postings, sourcing, screening, interviews, and onboarding.
- Coordinate with department heads to understand manpower needs.
- Use multiple platforms (job portals, social media, internal referrals) to attract suitable candidates.
- Conduct background checks and reference verifications.
2. Employee Relations & EngagementAct as a point of contact for employee concerns and grievances; ensure timely resolution.
- Foster a positive and inclusive work environment through regular engagement activities.
- Organize employee engagement programs, team-building activities, and feedback sessions.
3. Performance ManagementAssist in designing and implementing performance appraisal systems.
- Monitor employee performance and support managers in conducting regular evaluations.
- Identify skill gaps and recommend training or upskilling programs.
4. HR Policy & ComplianceDevelop, update, and enforce HR policies in line with labor laws and company guidelines.
- Ensure compliance with statutory requirements (PF, ESIC, gratuity, etc.).
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation accurately and securely.
5. Training & DevelopmentIdentify training needs through performance reviews and skills assessments.
- Coordinate learning and development initiatives for various departments.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs.
6. Payroll & AttendanceCoordinate with payroll teams to ensure accurate salary disbursement.
- Oversee attendance systems and leave management.
- Ensure timely submission of timesheets and leave records.
7. Strategic HR InitiativesSupport senior management in HR planning and strategic decision-making.
- Contribute to organizational development, culture-building, and change management.
- Analyze HR metrics and prepare reports for leadership.
