Job Description
- Overseeing the recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, and hiring new employees.
- Managing the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring they are properly integrated into the plant's culture and procedures.
- Building positive employee relations and addressing workplace conflicts.
- Managing grievances, disciplinary actions, and ensuring fair treatment of all employees.
- Ensuring compliance with all relevant labour laws and regulations.
- Implementing and managing HR policies and procedures that align with company guidelines and legal requirements.
- Overseeing performance management processes, including performance appraisals and feedback.
- Working with the plant's safety team to ensure a safe and healthy working environment.
- Implementing and monitoring safety policies and procedures.
- Maintaining accurate HR records and documentation.
- Providing HR guidance and support to managers and employees.
- May involve overseeing other administrative functions like canteen, transportation, and housekeeping.
- Advising management on HR best practices and legal requirements.
