URGENT VACANCY Job Profile : Senior HR Admin LOCATION : Andheri East, Mumbai JOB TIME : 10AM to 7PM SALARY : 25,000 to 35,000 per month QUALIFICATION : Any Graduation EXPERIENCE :- 2+ Years Role and Responsibilities: 1. Recruitment & Hiring: Handle end-to-end recruitment process (job postings, screening, scheduling interviews, follow-ups). Coordinate with department heads to understand hiring needs. Maintain a candidate database and track hiring progress. Draft offer letters and coordinate joining formalities. 2. Calendar & Meeting Management: Manage and organize the Managing Directors calendar, meetings, appointments, and travel plans. Schedule and prepare for internal/external meetings and maintain minutes if required. 3. HR Administration: Maintain and update employee records and HR database. Assist with onboarding and exit processes. Prepare HR letters, ID cards, and documentation. 4. Reporting & Documentation: Share regular updates and reports with the Director on HR activities. Track HR metrics such as attendance, recruitment status, and employee data.
