As a Senior FPGA Hardware Engineer at Spirent Communications, you will play a crucial role in the design and development of FPGA functionality for cutting-edge Network Test Equipment. Your responsibilities will encompass the entire product lifecycle, from design specification and documentation to coding, simulation, debugging, and verification. Join us at Spirent, where together we can shape tomorrow! **Job Responsibilities:** - Design, simulate, implement, verify, and document FPGA devices for advanced Spirent products. - Code in Verilog, define constraints, and conduct simulations and routing. - Perform Hardware Design Verification Test procedures. **Job Requirements:** - Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or equivalent. - Minimum 5 years of experience in designing high-speed digital systems. - Proficiency in Verilog and familiarity with high-level description languages. - Knowledge of telecommunications and networking is advantageous. - Strong FPGA testing and debugging skills. - Hands-on experience in system design and engineering of high-performance systems. - Understanding of Intel Architecture x86 with Linux operating systems. - Familiarity with high-performance computer systems and components. - Preferred experience with Siemens Questa simulation software and AMD/Xilinx FPGA devices. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills, high organization, and self-motivation.,
