Supervise all site activities related to civil construction including earthworks, concreting, masonry, shuttering, and finishing. Allocate work to teams and subcontractors based on daily targets and project schedules. Ensure that all work is carried out according to drawings, specifications, and safety standards. Monitor manpower productivity and coordinate material and equipment needs with the site engineer. Conduct daily site inspections to check progress and quality of work.
