Customer Service:Greet customers warmly, identify their needs, and assist them in finding the right products. Provide product information, sizing advice, and style suggestions. 2. Sales: Actively engage in sales activities, including upselling and cross-selling to meet and exceed sales targets. Offer promotions and loyalty programs to encourage repeat business. 3. Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date with the latest fashion trends and product offerings. Be knowledgeable about product features, materials, and care instructions. 4. Stock Management: Assist with stock replenishment and visual merchandising to ensure that the store always looks its best. Keep track of inventory levels and report any discrepancies. 5. Point of Sale (POS): Operate the POS system accurately and efficiently, handling cash, credit card transactions, and returns. 6. Customer Feedback: Gather feedback from customers to improve our products and services. Address any customer concerns or issues in a professional and timely manner. 7. Team Leadership:Provide guidance and support to junior sales staff. Assist in training new hires and maintaining a positive team atmosphere. 8. Store Maintenance: Help keep the store clean and organized. Report any maintenance or security issues to the store manager.
