Job Description
Job Purpose To handle store function and transport for customer dispatch Key Responsibilities Receiving & verification of all the inward materials as per released Purchase Order available in SAP. MIGO posting of all the invoices received same day Issue of materials only as per issue slips received and posting of issue slips same day. Responsible for material dispatch to customers and accordingly invoice generation. Challan preparation for job workers. Reconciliation of materials with job workers Responsible for scrap disposal Manpower Planning as per requirement of process. Shop floor management. Responsible for conducting of 5S audits & 3R implementation. Responsible for all prod. SAP related activity. Report generation on daily basis - a) Shortage report of plant. b) Analysis of consumable cost of Plant. Desired Qualifications:- Minimum Graduation Desired Experience 9 years of industry experience in similar Industry Functional/ Technical Skills required Daily work management To increase involvement of team in improvement activities such suggestions, KAIZEN, Safety, Small group activities, TPM implementation and cost saving.
