Job Description
As an Executive-Exports with 1-2 years of experience, you will report to the Manager and be responsible for various tasks related to freight forwarding. Your roles and responsibilities will include handling all freight forwarding-related tasks, negotiating rates with shipping lines, ensuring timely follow-ups, managing Bill of Lading (BL) preparation and documentation, coordinating with customers to maintain strong client relationships, and ensuring the smooth execution of export shipments. To excel in this role, you must possess strong negotiation skills, excellent follow-up abilities, and customer service expertise. Preferred expertise includes knowledge of freight forwarding processes and shipping documentation. The job requires a minimum educational qualification of Any Graduate. This is a full-time position with benefits such as health insurance and Provident Fund. The work schedule is during the day shift, and the work location is in person.
